EDUARDO A AZOY EA commenced operations as EDUARDO AZOY TAX SERVICES in january of 1991 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Over the years, (in 1995) the firm change its name to AZOY TAX PREPARATION SERVICES, and in 1999 became AZOY TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES to accomodate an expanding list of services. In 2002, the firm made it's final change to a corporation and continue growing steadily and rapidly, and now count with ten (10) Accountants/Tax Preparers in two different locations to service a continuously growing clientele.Today, AZOY TAX . has evolved into a full-fledged Tax Resolution, Accounting and Consulting Firm serving the South Florida area and clients all over the United States.


Our Tax and Financial firm was established to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include Tax Resolution, Accounting, Taxation, IRS representation, Payroll and Business Consulting. We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. Our partners and bilingual staff accountants serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations and are experts in the accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients.

Our staff offer the benefits of years of experience and knowledge gained from previous positions. In order to keep update with the current tax law and other changes, our staff has to comply with the Firm technical requirements of obtain a minimum of 60 hours a year of Continuing Professional Education Credits (CPE) in the field of Tax Law, IRS Procedures and Practice,Tax Preparation, Accounting, Payroll and Business Management. AZOY TAX Staff are a good standing members of: NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TAX PROFESSIONALS (NATP), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ENROLLED AGENTS (NAEA), AMERICAN ACADEMY OF TAX PRACTICE (AATP), AMERICAN SOCIETY OF TAX PROBLEM SOLVERS (ASTPS), GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE TAX COUNCIL, FLORIDA SOCIETY OF ENROLLED AGENTS and AMERCIAN COLLEGE OF FORENSIC EXAMINERS INSTITUTE. In addition to its staff of Accountants, it also employs IRS Enrolled Agents, Certified Tax Resolution Specialists, Specialist in Tax Controversies, Acredited Tax Preparers, and Business Consultants.
